Referees - How to Get Paid

1. Gather up the green BBSC game report cards that you are submitting for payment.

2. Fill out the BBSC Referee Payment Voucher form with the game detail from the green BBSC game report cards.

   • The voucher is available in Adobe Acrobat.� Fill in the form from your keyboard and print it out on your printer.

3. Send the voucher form AND the cards to the BBSC office or drop them off at the BBSC office: 16291 W. 14 Mile, Suite 6, Beverly Hills, MI 48025.

4. The BBSC office will review and verify your paperwork and mail your check, usually within 1 week.
