I will be responsible for all the kids on my

think the referee was unfair, biased, unfit or incompetent,
report your opinion to your league. Your reactions will be taken
seriously if they are presented objectively and formally.

team and inform them of all practices and games.
I will respect all facilities and equipment
made available for my team to practice and play games.
I will never use profanity, abusive language
or threatening behavior towards any player, parent, coach or

To clarify expectations of coach conduct, the
BBSC expects all coaches to conform to this code of conduct. Your
example is powerful, for better or worse. You should insist on fair
play and concentrate on your player’s enjoyment of the game and
their overall, long term development. If you support the referee,
your players and their parents will notice. Coaches should be an
example of dignity, patience, and positive spirit. Coaches who don’t
follow the expectation described above will be disciplined or
